Hours, services, accessibility notes, and tips in building guides can change without notice. Confirm anything time-critical with the building itself.
Not a navigation or safety service
On the web the campus map is a schematic diagram and not to scale; on iPhone and Android it is a standard Apple or Google map. Walking directions are handed off to Apple Maps or Google Maps and are provided by those apps. UTLife does not offer indoor navigation, turn-by-turn guidance, or emergency assistance.
Timetable accuracy
Imported calendars are a convenience view, not an official enrolment record. Device calendar imports are snapshots and only refresh when you confirm another import. An optional Google Calendar connection reads your primary calendar and can refresh manually or automatically; it does not change Google Calendar events. Legacy PDF recognition may miss schedule changes, cancelled dates, or unusual layouts. Confirm your current enrolment, meeting times, and rooms in ACORN.

Acceptable use
Use the app to find your way around campus. Do not attempt to access administrative features you are not authorised to use, interfere with the service, or collect its content in bulk.
Availability
Building guides are available only while the campus is active and the building is published, and the app may be unavailable during maintenance.
